Anchor Outreach, Evangelism and Missions

Anchor Church has a vision and passion for our members to impact our community through serving (outreach) and evangelism. We want to build relationships and partner with organizations already providing services to the community. Church outreach and evangelism are both efforts that aim to spread the gospel and promote community.

Church outreach is driven by a purpose and mission to extend God’s love and compassion beyond the walls of the church. It is about actively seeking opportunities to connect with others, meet their needs, and demonstrate the teachings of Jesus through action. 

Through outreach efforts, churches aim to build relationships with individuals who may not yet know God or have strayed from their faith. This can be done through various programs such as evangelism campaigns, spreading the Gospel message through community events or online platforms.

Evangelism and spreading the Gospel are important components of church outreach. This involves actively sharing the message of Jesus Christ with others, inviting them to experience His love and salvation. Evangelism can take different forms such as personal conversations, organized events, or online platforms. Specific evangelism opportunities will be scheduled throughout the year; however, everyday opportunities will develop as our relationships through the nonprofits develop.

The Anchor Outreach, Evangelism and Missions group will act as a resource to guide our church members to small groups currently serving the community.
